How engagements work

Three ways to work together

Monthly Retainer

The most common model. Predictable delivery, ongoing advisory or hands-on build work, reviewed every month.

Hourly

Used for overflow or standalone project work when a retainer doesn't fit yet.

Project-Based

Fixed scope, fixed deliverable: a policy suite, a process map, a platform build.

Initial engagements typically run 3 months non-cancellable, then continue month-to-month with 30 days' notice.
